By completing an electronic payment, the participant confirms that they have read and understood the following Terms & Conditions.
- All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- All bookings are completed through electronic payment via the official booking platform of the retreat.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after successful electronic payment has been processed.
- Once payment is completed, the participant will receive a confirmation email including a receipt.
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is reversed, declined, or disputed.
- By proceeding with payment, the participant agrees that they are committing to the retreat for the specified dates.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before the retreat start date will be eligible for a refund, minus administrative costs.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable.
- In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organisers due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, participants will be offered a full or partial refund, depending on non-recoverable costs already incurred.
- Prices are listed per person and correspond to the selected accommodation tier.
- Accommodation is allocated according to the tier selected at the time of payment.
- Upon booking the organisers will send you a participation form that you need to fill regarding accommodation needs, allergies or dietary restrictions.
- The retreat offers only vegetarian meals.
- The programme includes three meals per day plus snacks.
- The organisers are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.
- Participants acknowledge that the retreat involves physical, vocal and somatic practices and confirm that they are responsible for assessing their own physical and mental suitability to participate.
- Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance if desired.
